NC Clutch Pedal Assembly

If you have an NC, and you hear a creaking when you use the clutch, it's probably not a spring or bushing, but a cheap factory weld.

Remove the clutch pedal assembly and get it welded better & stronger before it breaks, and could leave you stranded.  Don't ask me how I know.

@charliec If they really want to add lightness, shorten the 20lb owner's manual

For those in Northwestern Lehigh, I took the car to Absolute Automotive (at the Sunoco station just south of 309 on Route 100).  He also does welding and I asked him to strengthen the welds on the new pedal assembly, but he said the metal is so thin, he's afraid he would burn a hole in it trying to make a better weld.

While this car is overall amazing, it really bothers me some of the cheap things Mazda (**cough** Ford **cough**) did on this car.
