The Boomerang Run starts in Coopersburg and takes us out along winding backroads to two of our favorite roads in the area: Golden Key Road and Kistler Road. Golden Key offers broad, flowing curves and an easy rhythm, while Kistler tightens up with more elevation changes and linked corners that make it a bit more technical and engaging. Together they give the run a great mix of pace and personality.

We’ll continue to Chuck Wagon Drive-in in Ironton for our lunch stop. After lunch, we’ll head back the exact same way we came, giving everyone a full second run at both Kistler and Golden Key in the opposite direction. We’ll stop at Sheetz in Kutztown for a short rest break in both directions, and we’ll end the drive back in Coopersburg at The Inside Scoop for ice cream.

A simple out‑and‑back route, two great roads with two distinct personalities, and the fun of driving them both ways — that’s the Boomerang Run.
