Since Ice Cream seems to be an integral part of many of our rides, I thought this might be of interest to our members.
There is a Visit Pennsylvania app with a “2025 Scooped an Ice Cream Trail” that gives you points for visiting ice cream shops. Looking on the map, there are enough in our riding area to make it worth using. I tried to copy & paste a link here but it wasn’t working for me.

LVMOC members participated in the "Scooped: An Ice Cream Trail" in 2019 and again in 2020, I think. Walter Cramer (rhetlaw) organized and led the drives to about eight of the creameries and shops listed on the website at that time. The LVMOC forum postings from the 2020 drives can be found under "Previous LVMOC Events", and either Walter or I should have most of the route directions.
