As some of you may know, I'm a now former (retired?) autowriter, having done work by a lot of the biggies plus others as well. I'm now republishing a lot of that stuff on my website, Remember Road

I was able to drive a lot of interesting and different vehicles, ordinary and extraordinary, and I always tried to make even my dullest topics entertaining. I'm publishing them now as they were originally published, sop the reviews are the contemporary pubished Do check it out when you have the time.

There are a couple Miata stories, including a 1990 Miata vs Lotus comparison I wrote for Motor Trend, and I recently put up a 2016 Miata Club review from 2016. And if you're into roadsters--and you certainly are--my history of the Siata Spring may change your mind about the Miata (no it won't).

RememberRoad is also on facebook and X, though I don't keep them up to date as I should, but you can subscribe to a weekly email which I won't forget to send out. (If you had subscribed previously my subscription list was wiped out--not by me--but you'll have to sign up again if you'd like to get it again).

Thanks os much for this, John. This will give me some nice reading. Tomorrow I finish the detailing of my MX-5 while she is in winter hibernation. The only thing left is the initial oil change on the transmission. I even treated my seals with Shin-Etsu grease.

I need to be doing some detailing, I suppose, but my excuse is that there isn't enough room around my car. So I'll just have to be satisfied with driving The Little Guy...as long as it's not salty.
