Celia And I are going to meet up for this event. We are going down to the tail of the dragon first, and then meet the group on Friday night on our way back. (Hang with them for Saturday then head back Sunday. Using basecamp to plan our trip. (We will be on our best behavior and will represent LVMOC proudly) 🤩 

Evan and I will help Warren and Celia represent LVMOC at this event.  We will be driving down Thursday the 13th and driving back Sunday the 16th.  No time for fun though, I-81 the whole way.  If anyone else from the club would like to drive down with us, let me know.

I've attended Miatas at BOTD twice in the past and enjoyed it both times.  The Back Of The Dragon in Virginia is the best road I've ever driven on, and this event is a great way to experience it.  I'm looking forward to this year's event.

Yes, I am planning to attend Miatas at Back Of The Dragon 6 next month.  It appears I will not be the only LVMOC member this time. 😀

This is not an LVMOC event.  You are welcome to drive down with me and/or Mike. Go the the link in Mike’s post to sign up for the event abs reserve a room at the hotel. 

FWIW, I sent my registration and check 2 weeks ago. My check has been cashed, but I have not received a reply from the organizer that I’m good to go.

I followed the link in Mike’s post above to the Country Roads Miata web page. There I found only a mail-in form for registration. 

Yes it’s mail in registration only.  I imagine if you “showed up” they might not be upset. Getting the room is key and also you’ll miss out on t shirts.  Call the fellow Jim Pickett and ask him if it’s too late to sign up. +1 (743) 333-0981

All available information is on the Country Roads Miatas website at the link in my original post. Neither I, nor anyone else at LVMOC, has any official connection with the host club or the event.

The registration form is mail-only, but I'm not aware of a cut-off date.  This is a charity fund-raising event and I'm sure they would like to see as many attendees as possible.  

I don't expect a confirmation, but in the past they've had my info and everything was ready when I arrived.  If they cash your check I doubt there's anything to worry about.
