I have a full set of daisy wheels from my old 1990 (though one was a later replacement).  They come with center covers and lug nuts.  Currently mounted on these wheels are Michelin Ice X tires.  The tires are from roughly 2007, but were only used a couple seasons.  The wheels themselves are dirty, but might be cleanable.

My Miata was sold from PA down to Florida and the new owner didn't want the wheels.  Their loss is your gain.
