Penn’s Peak “Roadies” for Lunch & Annie’s for Ice Cream

Walter will host a drive from the Easton area to Roadie’s Restaurant, at Penn’s Peak near Jim Thorpe.  Weather permitting, we will dine outdoors on a deck that overlooks the Penn Forest and Beltzville Lake areas.  Following lunch, we will proceed to Jim Thorpe for ice cream at Annie’s.  On the way to Jim Thorp, we will pass the Jim Thorpe memorial, where we can stop to visit, if anyone wishes to do so.
